Desks, screens, server racks, storage cupboards and the filing nobody wants to touch. Planned properly and usually moved outside working hours, so Monday morning happens as normal.
Moved when you are closed
Out-of-hours moves can be arranged subject to availability, at an adjusted rate. In practice most offices move on a Friday evening or across a weekend, so the business loses nothing.
We plan the order things come apart and go back together, so the desks that need to be working first are the ones unloaded first.
Buildings, agents and paperwork
Commercial buildings want a booked goods lift, a loading bay, and a copy of our insurance sent to the managing agent before the day. We will send the insurance certificate over and work to the slot you have booked — the lift and the bay are booked by you or the building.
Our cover is £25,000 goods in transit and £5 million public liability, and we will send the certificate to whoever needs it. If the equipment going in the van is worth more than that, ask for extended liability and we will arrange it in writing before the day.
Storage between leases
Leases rarely line up neatly. Secure, purpose-built units suited to household or business goods. Billed monthly in advance. We can build an inventory of everything that goes in.

Questions people ask
How do I get a price?
For anything large or awkward we will do a survey, in person or over video. For everything else, photos or a short video of the rooms are enough. Photos tell us the volume, the access and anything unusual. That is what makes a quote accurate instead of a number we have to revise on the day.
Do you charge by the hour?
Almost every job we quote is a fixed price. Hourly only makes sense on the rare job where nobody can say what is coming — a clearance, or a load still being sorted. We will tell you if yours is one of them.
Are you insured?
£25,000 goods in transit and £5 million public liability, and the goods cover can be increased on request. Ask and we will email you the certificate.
Who sorts the parking?
Parking is yours to arrange, at both ends. Legal, usable space next to the door is the single biggest cause of a move running late, so we raise it when we quote rather than on the morning.
How much notice do you need?
One to two weeks for a small move, three to four weeks for a whole house. Ring if it is sooner — we keep room for short notice.
