About Fastiya Logistics

Where to find us

We are at 38 Trinity Road, Tooting Bec, SW17 7RE, between Tooting Bec and Wandsworth Common.

It sounds like a small thing. It is not. It is why a completion time moving is an inconvenience rather than a disaster, and why we know which streets a Luton cannot get down before we send one.

A record you can check

What we would point at is 101 public reviews at an average of 5.0, every one left by somebody we actually moved, on a listing anybody can read without asking us first.

Nobody on the crew is learning the job on your move.

How we price

A fixed written price before we start. No hourly meter, no bill that grows while you watch.

Almost every job we quote is a fixed price. Hourly only makes sense on the rare job where nobody can say what is coming — a clearance, or a load still being sorted. We will tell you if yours is one of them.

If you want to know what actually moves the number — volume, stairs, parking, dates — we have written it all out on what a move costs.

An hourly rate rewards a slow crew. A fixed price means the only person who loses if we dawdle is us.

Insured, and happy to prove it

£50,000 goods in transit and £5 million public liability. Ask and we will email the certificate before you book. If a mover will not do that, do not book them.

£50,000 is the standard cover per vehicle. It can be increased — ask for extended liability and we will arrange it, in writing, before the move. Any single item worth more than £500 has to be declared either way.

What we are not

We are not a national franchise, we are not a booking platform taking a cut, and we are not accredited by a trade body. We have not joined one. When we do, it will say so here and you will be able to check it.
